In the meeting yesterday evening, January 31, 2011, the City Council voted Caltavuturo with thirteen out of thirteen votes, the proposal advanced by the Administration regarding the three-year plan of cultural, leisure and sport year 2011 2012, 2013 .
"I think last night's vote is an important document for the purpose of comparison and growth in community and sincerely thank the majority and the opposition, whose proactiveness have addressed the issue. The three-year plan of cultural heritage in recent years, this part is no longer subject to mandatory resolution of the council, but we also wanted to present fellow Councillors for you to begin a debate even wider on what is the macro programming areas in my field in the three years to come. Important are the proposals that are mentioned, and on which we will work immediately, of course by coming to terms with the availability of budget and short and we're going to approve the requests for external financing of public and private.
In the three-year plan of cultural stand out: the project cunti comics and the massacre of 20 January 1893, a plan for cultural promotion in the field of music, writing, painting (including the catalog of artists caltavuturesi), theater and sports (with new disciplines taking advantage of the sports hall opening soon), the reconfirmation of the white night and scheduling it in the summer and a new event entitled ' neighborhoods Caltavuturo relive their history', the recovery of artistic and religious the mini-olympics for kids of middle school, the scholarship for dissertation dealing with the history, culture, economy and the nature of Caltavuturo, the intensification of archaeological excavations on the site has already started and Fixed Mount application for inclusion in the archaeological park dell'Himera, a series of high profile exhibitions and cultural initiatives for the 150th anniversary of the Unification of Italy. Per quanto riguarda le politiche giovanili e l’integrazione sociale, invece, le macrovoci sulle quali stiamo lavorando, insieme al forum giovanile, sono: la culturcard, un calendario di escursioni a tema e una serie di corsi culturali e di recupero scolastico per i ragazzi. In fine per la comunicazione e l’informatizzazione è già pronto il regolamento sul consiglio comunale in diretta.
Comunque, una volta approvato il bilancio, da qui a breve, comunicherò voce per voce minuziosamente tutti gli impegni per il 2011 riguardanti i miei assessorati”.
