glimmer of poetry in a sea shit

Over the past six years I have had many occasions to meet my Italian friend Cora out of the elementary school in Via Cappuccini pending, both of their granddaughters.

Each time it was a 'chance per parlare di politica, per incazzarsi delle malefatte dei governanti e parlare di come si sarebbero dovute fare le cose.

Italo aveva una capacità impressionante di passare da un veemente discorso critico ad una risata aperta e coinvolgente, che in fondo sdrammatizzava il tutto.

Li ricordo come momenti importanti perché con lui era impossibile scadere nel banale.

Poi, un giorno, lo vedo attaccato ad un piccolo caterpillar con le orecchie penzolanti e il manto bianco e nero.

"Cosa fai con quel cane?", gli chiedo.

"Tasi", mi dice, "l'è de me nevoda e ghe lo tegno un po', ma el me desfa la casa! Ma far pòc ghe lo torne e cussì sto tranquilo."

Invece lui e il caterpillar erano sempre presenti ai nostri incontri in via Cappuccini e al crescere della bestia Italo era sempre più inclinato indietro a strattonare il guinzaglio inutilmente.

"Allora, e il cane?"

...Anche questa settimana non ho avuto molto tempo per scrivere qualcosa,

per cui ricorro una volta di più a Giorgio Gaber, in compenso doppia

vignetta con il bis...:)

Bendopoli. Una piccola città, pulita, ordinata, nel suo piccolo organizzata.

Sono nato qui 33 anni fa, coniugato, statura: 1 e 74, capelli: scuri, segni

particolari: benda variopinta.

Come va?

Benissimo, grazie. Sono stato anche dal medico che mi ha trovato

perfettamente a posto: nevrosi acuta, condizionamento totale, visione delle

cose zero… normale insomma.

Eppure da un po’ di tempo mi sembra che questa benda non funzioni tanto

bene. Strano è nuova nuova. Poi adesso le fanno così belline, colorate, di

vari tessuti, di varie forme. Oh Dio, niente a che vedere con le bende di

prima della guerra eh? Intanto erano nere… oscurità totale, poi altre bende,

altri spessori… certe partite a moscacieca!

Insomma da un po’ di tempo mi sembra che questa benda lasci intravedere

degli oggetti, delle facce, intuire dei movimenti. Mah, sono un po’

"preoccupatino.

REPORT RIUNIONE FORUM GIOVANILE 12 MARZO 2011

Saturday, March 12, 2011 we held the meeting of the youth forum at the City Hall Caltavuturo. With the boys, who attended many, we have addressed various issues, as per the agenda. We have presented projects right now, for 2011, the forum young people want to make: the project "ecotrek" which starts March 20, the culturcard and training courses, including drama, guitar, photography and rock climbing. Initiatives that are going to bind to other interventions for young people, youth policies cited by the Department Cerra, such as scholarships for university theses dealing with Caltavuturo, summer lab, faimpresa, the catalog of artists and various other activities.

We also addressed, together with the Mayor and the boys, the problem "carnival" and "local closure order" . All of us guys coming together, determining for the next and future events for the next carnival us directly to arrange a variety of recreational activities to support and contour of the usual parade or other activities that the Administration intends to pursue. We believe that with the cooperation of all, you may be able to animate well for leisure at our disposal; in più, affrontando il problema dell'ordinanza che obbliga i locali a chiudere alle due, è emersa la volontà di trovare una soluzione nel rispetto delle regole e delle leggi ed il Sindaco si è impegnato a verificare, anche attraverso una riunione di giunta, le condizioni di misure meno restrittive. Ringrazio tutti i giovani che hanno preso parte alla seduta di oggi, il Sindaco e gli altri amministratori. Riteniamo che il forum giovani sia una grande risorsa per Caltavuturo e per i ragazzi che vi abitano. Appuntamento alla prossima!!!
